Need to return something? Items can only be returned for a refund.
Simply fill in the form and send it back to us with the item/s (in their original condition). Please follow the steps below within 28 days of receiving your delivery:
- Next to the products listed above, select one of the reason codes against your return.
- Place your returns label, that you will need to affix to your parcel, or email us to send you a new label
- It’s very important to enclose this form with your items in your parcel.
- Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been completed. Returns can take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive back to us. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return.
- You can place a new order if a replacement size, color, or alternative items are required, and return the original item/s to us for a refund.

What is the return policy?
Items that have not been worn and still have the original packaging and labels – tags may be returned within 28 days after receiving them. You may try the items on, (except for underwear and face masks) to see if they fit you and if the item meets your expectations. You cannot exchange items. When we receive the return package, we will reimburse the amount using the original payment method, to your account.
The company reserves the right to send items back to the customer in case items look washed, worn, deteriorated, or with any form of damage that is clearly not a production flaw.
In the exceptional case that items are missing from a returned order the company will reimburse the loss. However, the company reserves the right to decline a refund request in case of frequently repeated irregularities based on the customer’s previous order patterns.
What are the return costs?
1.The original shipping fee and Handling fee are non-refundable.
2. The return shipping fee is charged on the customer and will be reduced from the refund amount
3. In case the return is due to a mistake in the for which we are responsible, our company bears the return costs.
Where will I receive my refund?
Your refund will always be issued back to your original payment method.
The refund timeframe depends on carrier processing time at the warehouse and on your payment method.
Once we receive and process your return in our warehouse, it will take up to 5 working days for the refunded amount to be available back to your original payment method.
You can generally expect to receive your refund within 8 working days after you hand your parcel to the carrier or a drop-off location
