What Payment Methods can I use?

Our company to facilitate the transactions as well as the prompt service, offers you the following ways of payment:

PAYPAL

By choosing to pay via PAYPAL you will enter the worldwide, renowned for its safety, website where you can pay either by credit or debit card without using an account or via your PAYPAL account. The procedure is finalized in a very short period during which no personal information (including the details of your card) will be saved or stored by the Antetokounbros A.E company.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

If you choose to pay by credit or debit card you will be transferred to Bank which will offer you the safest way of paying by card. The procedure is completed in a very short period during which no personal information (including the details of your card) will be saved or stored by the Antetokounbros company. To be a transaction successful you have to wait for the redirection to our site.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship our products worldwide using DHL courier.

Shipping | What is the shipping company you deliver with and how many days it takes for my order to be shipped?

We ship our products abroad by DHL courier.The delivery costs are calculated automatically when enter your address and postal code.

You can choose :

Standard Delivery: Shipments are made in 3-7 working days and the cost is calculated at the final stage of the order.

Express Delivery:  Shipments are made in 2-3 working days and the cost is calculated at the final stage of the order.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Antetokounbros has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting

Need to return something?

Items can only be returned for a refund. Simply fill in the form included in your parcel and send it back to us with the item/s (in their original condition). Please follow the steps below within 28 days of receiving your delivery.

  • Next to the products listed above, select one of the reason codes against your return.
  • Use the return label that is in your package which you will need to affix to your parcel or send us an email to:[email protected] to send you one new one.
  • It’s very important to enclose this form with the items in your parcel to enable us to process your return within 24 hours of receiving your parcel
  • Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been completed. Returns can take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive back to us. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

If you've paid for your order, you won't be able to cancel your order.

How can I track my order?

What are the return costs?

1. The original shipping fee and Handling fee are non-refundable.

2. The Shipping return fee is charged to the customer and will be reduced from the refund amount.

3. In case there is a mistake on the order on our part, the return costs are charged to our company.

Where is my refund?

Your refund will always be issued back to your original payment method. Once we receive and process your return in our warehouse, it will take up to 5 working days for the refunded amount to be available back to your original payment method. You can generally expect to receive your refund within 8 working days after you hand your parcel to the carrier or a drop-off location < br//>NOTE: Please allow an extra 3 days during sales and high season periods
